Chicken Chapli Kabab
Masala TV recipe of Chicken
Chapli Kabab . This mouth-watering recipe for Chicken Chapli Kabab
can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-3 people.
Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg Chicken mince
1 cup Corn meal
1 bunch Mint leaves
1 Onion chopped
3 Eggs
4 Green chilies
4 Tomato
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Whole black pepper
1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp Whole coriander
to taste Salt
1 cup Corn meal

1 tbsp Crushed red pepper

Recipe
Method
Chop 1 kg chicken mince well. Beat 3 eggs well and fry like
omelet. Keep aside. Grind together 2 tbsp whole coriander, 1 tsp black pepper
and 1 tsp cumin seeds. In a bowl put together chicken mince, 2 tbsp pomegranate
seeds, salt to taste, fried eggs, ground mixture of black pepper, 4 chopped
tomatoes, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 1 bunch of chopped mint
leaves, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and 1 cup corn meal. Mix well and keep aside
for few minutes. Make Pattie and fry in a frying pan with ghee or oil as
required.

Chicken
mince 200 grams
Burger buns 4
Onions (finely chopped) 2
Large Onion (cut into round slices) 1
Green chillies (finely chopped) 2
Crushed black peppercorns 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger (finely chopped) 1-inch piece
Soy sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
Red chili sauce 3-1/2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Egg 1
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Iceberg lettuce leaves a few Cheese slices 4
Method:
Place chicken mince in a bowl, add chopped onions, green chillies, crushed black peppercorns, garam masala powder, red chili powder, ginger, 1½ tbsp soy sauce, 1½ tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, salt and mix well. Add egg and coriander leaves and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Heat oil. Divide it into equal portions, and shape each portion into a round patty. Place the patties in the pan and shallow fry, turning sides, till evenly golden on both the sides. Meanwhile place onion rings in a pan and saute. Add 1 tsp soy sauce and the remaining red chili sauce to the onion rings and saute for 1-2 minutes or till the onion rings become a light golden. Slice the buns horizontally into halves. Apply butter and place in the same pan. Toast till light golden. Place a few shredded lettuce leaves on the base half of each bun, and place a chicken patty on it. Arrange sauteed onions on the patty. Top it with a cheese slice and 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Cover with the other half bun. Serve immediately.
